2. Services

Fuel One Solutions provides petrol pump business consulting, a marketplace for buying and selling petrol pump assets, a vendor directory, and petrol pump management software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. Marketplace Terms

For marketplace users:

• All listings must be accurate and not misleading
• KYC verification is required for full marketplace access
• Fuel One Solutions is a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

5. Software Subscription

• New users receive a free trial period as specified at registration
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or violation of these terms

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scraping or harvesting data from our platform
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel One Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
